Give
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
— 1 Corinthians 9:6-7
Antioch’s missionaries and initiatives are supported by the generosity and partnership of thousands of people like you! Giving is a significant way that you can partner with us in serving the Mission of God.

Q: Are there any fees involved with giving online?
There are no fees for you, the donor, but there are processing fees charged by the payment processor, Stripe. For bank draft donations, Stripe takes $0.50 per transaction. For credit card donations, Stripe charges approximately 3% per transaction. This means that the missionary or project you give to receives less than what you are donating due to the Stripe processing fee. If you'd like, you can opt to cover this fee during the donation process. The website will automatically calculate the additional amount needed to ensure that the missionary or project receives the full amount you intended to donate. Simply check the box that says, “Cover the processing fee so that 100% of my donation goes to the cause."
Q: What percentage of my gift actually goes to the missionary?
AMI covers the overhead costs of the ministry so that the missionary is able to receive 100% of the donation you give. However, there is a processing fee charged by our payment processor. See “Are there any fees involved with giving online?” for details.
Q: If I want to set up a recurring gift, what are my options for the frequency of my gift?
Recurring gifts can be set up with multiple frequency options. You can choose any start date for a recurring gift.
Q: How can I change my recurring gift once I have set it up?
You can update your recurring donations for things like, update credit card or ACH information, change amounts, add people or choose to cover the costs. The easiest way to make changes is in the donor portal. You can of course still contact us at Donations@antioch.org or 254-754-0386.
Q: What happens to my recurring gift when a missionary leaves?
When a missionary’s account is closed, recurring gifts are automatically stopped. Under normal circumstances, a missionary’s account remains open for one to three months after they leave their post. However, you may stop your recurring gift at any time by contacting us or going on the portal and ending the gift.
Q: Do I have to create a login in the donor portal in order to give?
No, you do not have to create an account in order to give. However, creating a donor portal login allows you to manage gifts, giving information, update your personal information and receive an annual giving statement through the portal.
Q: Will I receive a year-end contribution statement from AMI?
Yes. For those who set up a donor portal we will upload your annual giving statement to the donor portal. For those without a donor portal, we will print and mail you your giving statement.
Q: Are my gifts tax-deductible?
Antioch Ministries International is a 501(c)3 organization. AMI's federal tax ID number: 74-2671872. Your donation to Antioch Ministries International is tax deductible in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Service. Donations are solicited with the understanding that AMI has complete discretion and control over all funds. In practice, AMI implements donor instructions whenever possible. In case a gift cannot be used as indicated by the donor, it will be applied to other important functions of AMI. Unless otherwise noted, no goods or services were provided in exchange for the gifts referenced above other than intangible religious benefits. By contributing to a project, donors acknowledge that AMI has the authority to apply contributions designated for the project to another related purpose if the project is canceled. Donations are a gift to AMI and are not refundable.
Q: Can I give to Missionaries, Projects and Impact Trips in the same transaction?
Unfortunately, Missionaries/Staff, Projects, Team, and Impact Trips are distinct categories, and you must enter your payment information separately for each category that you wish to give to. For example, although you can give to multiple missionaries in one transaction, you cannot give to a missionary and a project in the same transaction.
Q: Can I give to more than one Missionary/Staff in the same transaction?
Yes. After you select the first missionary you want to give to, simply click on the next missionary you want to give to. Each time you click on a name, a card will populate below. Enter the amount you want to give for the named person on each card. If you enter incorrect information, you can click the x in the dropdown menu to delete the name.
Q: Can I give to more than one Project in the same transaction?
Yes. After you select the first project you want to give to, click on the next project you want to give to. Each project will populate on a card. Enter the amount you want to give for that project. If you enter incorrect information, you can click the x next to the name of the project on the dropdown menu to delete the card.
Q: What types of accounts can I give from?
You can give online from your checking account, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Q: My credit card was declined. What does this mean and what do I do?
The approval or decline message comes directly from the card issuing bank. As the cardholder, you will need to contact the issuing bank to verify why the card was declined. Cards are declined for various reasons; the most common is an unmatched address. We do not recommend attempting to run this card again as a hold is put on the funds for three to five business days for the amount of each submitted transaction that is declined.
Q: Is it safe to give online?
We use a software called RaiseDonors for our online donation website. Raise Donors Is made by Virtuous. All bank and credit/debit card transactions are processed by Stripe. Click here or use the link below to visit the Virtuous Trust Center for information on their security measures. https://trust.virtuous.org/
Q: How do I give by check (or money order)?
Make your check or money order payable to AMI and write the name of the missionary or project you wish to support on the memo line or a separate note. You can mail the contribution to: AMI, 505 N. 20th St, Waco, TX 76707.
Q: Can I give using my bank’s Bill Pay system?
Yes. When setting up the transaction, indicate AMI as your payee, specify the name of the missionary or project in the account/memo line, and use the following information for the payee address: AMI, 505 N. 20th St., Waco, TX 76707, 254-754-0386. Your bank will send AMI the payment, and we will record it just as if you had written the check yourself.
Q: Can I give a gift of stock?

Q: What is your refund policy?
By making a charitable donation to Antioch Ministries International, a 501(c)(3) organization, tax ID number 74-2671872, donors understand that charitable donations are not refundable.
If your gift is for an individual participating in a short-termtrip, and the individual is unable to attend the trip for any reason, those funds are also not refundable.
If you have made an error in making your donation (i.e., the amount you entered was incorrect), we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
Q: What if the AMI missionary I’m looking for isn’t listed here?
If the person you are looking for isn’t listed here, you can send in a check as described above or contact that missionary and ask them for a direct link to give online.
Q: How are AMI missionaries paid?
Antioch Ministries is a faith-based mission in which the majority of its personnel depend on donations for the provision of their paycheck. Each missionary has a team of individuals and churches who partner with them to provide their necessary salary and prayer support, and each worker receives a salary that is determined by their individual ministry and family needs, as well as the standards of living in their part of the world.
Q: Can I give directly to AMI's general fund?
Yes. Since we do not charge an administrative fee to our missionaries, we rely on the funds of AMI's supporting churches as well as general donations. Although our supporting churches cover a significant portion of the overhead costs, they are unable to cover 100% of the need; therefore, we depend on the Lord to provide the remainder of our operating expenses from other sources. To give to the general fund select the option “General Donations” from the buttons above or click here.
Q: What if my question wasn't answered here?
We are happy to answer any other giving-related questions you have at (254) 754-0386 or via email at donations@antioch.org.
